BOARDS
As oppose to standard story boards, Previs Boards utilize a 3D environment with virtual cameras, to conceive accurate perspective, and subject & environment proportions; delivering a strong representation of the final scene.
Boards can also be edited into animatics, with 3D camera animations, rough character movement and a background soundtrack; in order to better convey the story.
RETICLE
A reticle (HUD) can appear on each board, to indicate camera specifications, such as lens, height, rotation, subject to camera distance, etc. This is to more easily replicate the actual shot in the real world.
